Built to support your style, not replace it

No two studios edit the same way. That is why we take time to understand your preferences during onboarding, use project-specific notes and feedback to refine the edit, and support your workflow in a way that protects both quality and creative control.

Style Match

We use your references, onboarding details, project notes, and review feedback to understand what makes your films feel like yours—so the result feels aligned with your brand rather than generic or outsourced.

Consistency

Where reasonably possible, we keep projects aligned with the same editor or a closely managed workflow to support consistency in style, pacing, and execution across the films we handle for your studio.

Creative Support

Sometimes the smartest move is not doing every step yourself. Outsourcing the repetitive parts of post-production gives you more room to stay creative, protect your time, and focus on filming, clients, and growth.

Jethro Alpuerto, wedding film editor

Editing support from someone who understands the wedding workflow

I’m Jethro Alpuerto — a full-time wedding film editor with a background in wedding videography. Having worked both behind the camera and inside the edit, I understand the pressure of turning emotional, imperfect, real wedding footage into a film a studio can confidently deliver.

After working closely with one wedding studio and building a dependable post-production workflow, I’m now expanding that same editing support to more filmmakers and studios.

I personally manage each project, supported by experienced wedding editors through a structured process from onboarding to final delivery. This is not an assembly-line service. Our goal is to lighten your workload while protecting your style, pacing, and quality.

Submit your project details,
then receive the next steps

For custom wedding film editing, the process starts with your project details — not payment. Once I review the scope, timeline, and deliverables, I’ll confirm availability and send the next steps, including the final invoice if the project is approved.

How the inquiry process works

Use the pricing guide as a reference, then send your project details through the inquiry form or book a discovery call. Once the scope is confirmed, you’ll receive a project confirmation and invoice before production begins.

  • Step 1 — Review the pricing guide and note your preferred services, runtime, and any add-ons.
  • Step 2 — Submit your project details, footage status, and target delivery timeline.
  • Step 3 — Receive confirmation, project review, and the final invoice based on the approved scope.
  • Step 4 — Upload footage and begin production once your booking is confirmed.

Payment options

Payment is arranged after the project scope is reviewed and approved. Invoices can be settled via PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer, depending on your preferred method, currency, and studio setup.

Questions you may have
before ordering

A few practical answers about workflow, turnaround, payment, footage delivery, and what it is like to work with us.

How many revisions are included?+
Most standard projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. A 3rd round may be accommodated where reasonably necessary. To keep projects moving efficiently, feedback should be submitted clearly and in one organized batch through Frame.io whenever possible.
What are your typical turnaround times?+
Typical turnaround times are estimates only and depend on editor availability, project complexity, film type, footage completeness, and how early the order is placed. As a general guide: Highlight Films about 1–2 weeks, Documentary / Feature edits about 3–4 weeks, and Trailers about 1 week.
Do I have to pay immediately?+
No. Payment is not required at the time of inquiry or order submission. We first review the project scope, footage requirements, file size, and current availability. If your project is accepted, we will send you an invoice. 100% payment is required before editing begins. If the actual scope materially changes, an updated invoice may be issued before work continues.
How should I send the footage?+
We currently accept online delivery via Dropbox or Google Drive. Proxy files are often preferred for editing-only workflows because they are faster to upload and easier to manage. If a project includes colour correction, colour grading, or higher finishing requirements, full-resolution raw media may be required.
Will you match my style?+
We take time to understand your references, onboarding details, notes, and review feedback so the result feels aligned with your brand rather than generic or outsourced. Like any collaborative process, the first project may involve more refinement, but the goal is stronger alignment over time.
What is the difference between working with you and hiring a freelancer?+
The difference is structure and support. Rather than a loose one-off handoff, we use onboarding preferences, project-specific notes, organized review, and a managed workflow so the process feels more consistent and easier to manage. The goal is to give you support that feels more dependable than a typical freelancer arrangement while still keeping the work personal, collaborative, and style-aware.
Do you use the same editor every time?+
We aim to keep projects aligned with the same editor whenever reasonably possible, but this cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Illness, emergencies, holidays, scheduling conflicts, or workload needs may require reassignment while still following the agreed creative direction and project notes.
Can poor footage be fixed in editing?+
Editing can improve flow, pacing, and presentation, but it cannot fully overcome problems caused by poor capture, missing coverage, distorted audio, focus issues, or severe exposure problems. If you have concerns about the source footage, it is best to mention them before the project begins.
